Hello, you're welcome

This isn't a post as such, but a warm welcome and introduction to my future blogs.

I'm still trying to work out what to write as in recent weeks and months so much has happened.

So I'm going to sit with this uncertainty (something I do at times with my clients when they feel stuck), and try to reflect on what you the reader might want to know about me and my practice. Perhaps I could share with you my experiences as a therapist; or maybe I could talk about what issues come into therapy room, giving you helpful hints and tips for support. I might even be able to share blog posts from others whose thoughts and analyses I admire.

For now, I'll just say bear with me whilst the words become more organic.
